Shipping (U.S.) 

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchases (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). For orders under $50, a ground shipping fee of $5.95 will be applied. We process and ship out all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders with standard shipping take approximately 3-6 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. 

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For faster delivery options, please visit our Amazon Store for 2-day prime shipping.

This shipping policy applies to U.S. orders only.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, package size, weight, and the selected service. The shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at support@shopmatrigen.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.
*Matrigen does not accept partial returns for Value Packs, Sets, Gift Sets, or Bundles. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@shopmatrigen.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.

Please note that the above return policy does not apply to international orders. Return shipping costs for international orders will depend on the destination country and other factors, and the customer may be responsible for these costs.
